Hello 5th Grade Families,
With our September 30th deposit deadline behind us, we are officially locked in and moving full steam ahead toward NatureBridge Golden Gate in Sausalito (February 17–19, 2027)!
Now that deposits are complete, it is time for the first installment payment (originally due October 10th). If you have not submitted this payment yet, please turn it in as soon as possible so we can keep our budget and registration on schedule.
Payment Installment Breakdown
Depending on the option you selected on your commitment form, here is what is due for Payment #1 and the schedule moving forward:-
Standard Payment Plan
- Payment #1 (Due NOW): $100.00
- Payment #2: $100.00 (Due November 10th)
- Payment #3: $100.00 (Due December 10th)
- (Total trip cost: $400.00 = $100 deposit + three $100 payments)

Partial Scholarship Plan ($200 Assistance Approved)
- Payment #1 (Due NOW): $33.33
- Payment #2: $33.33 (Due November 10th)
- Payment #3: $33.34 (Due December 10th)
- (Total family balance: $200.00 = $100 deposit + $33.33 + $33.33 + $33.34)

Paid in Full / Full Scholarship Recipients
- If you paid the full $400.00 upfront or were approved for a full scholarship, no further action or payment is needed at this time!
Payment Instructions & Rules
- How to Pay: Make checks payable to Brooks Elementary School with your child's full name and "Science Camp" in the memo line.
- Where to Drop Off: Send cash or check to school with your child to give to their classroom teacher, or drop it off at the front office. Receipts are available upon request.
- Credit Cards: You can now make payments online! Please head to our website https://www.bes.wusd.org/ and make your installment payment there. You will find the payment portal link halfway down the page on the website.
- Important Policies: All payments are non-refundable per NatureBridge policy. All remaining balances must be paid in full by December 10th.
