We are getting incredibly excited for our upcoming science camp trip! As we finalize our preparations for NatureBridge, I am reaching out with a critical update regarding tuition, funding, and required paperwork.

The NatureBridge Registration Form must be completed for your child to attend science camp. These forms are now past due. If you have not completed this yet, please click the link below and finish it immediately:

💳 Payment Status & Sustainability

Direct billing statements have been sent to all families with an outstanding balance. To make our final payment to NatureBridge on time, we still need to collect $6,000 in committed funds. The cost of this camp is $35,000.00
It is vital that we receive the payments that were committed to during registration. We planned this entire experience based on those commitments. If we continue on this trajectory of increasing financial need each year without meeting our targets, this trip will be at risk to our students in the future.

• Scholarship Need: Our scholarship need rose from $14,000 last year to $18,000 this year.
• Community Support: We are working hard to bridge this gap through grants, and we owe a massive thank you to our AMAZing PTA for their $10,000 donation, as well as those families who have contributed extra and the community that has also made donations. This has helped us tremendously!

💰 How to Pay

We must make our full payment to NatureBridge immediately upon returning from break. Being $6,000 short at this stage is a significant hurdle for the school.

• Payment Methods: Cash, check, or money order.
• Check Instructions: Please make checks payable to Brooks Elementary School.
• Submission: Drop payments off at the office or send them with your student to give to their teacher.
• Winter Break: I will be in the office the week after Christmas, so you may drop off payments then. Reach out to me, Sheila Womack at 707-620-1803

If you received a bill and still owe, please reach out today or get your payment in ASAP. We need to know where everyone stands to ensure this trip and future trips remain possible.
