Brooks Elementary School – Color Run Fundraiser

What is the Color Run?

Our Brooks Color Run is a high-energy, fun-filled event where students run, walk, or zoom through a track filled with color powder, cheers, and excitement!
This isn’t just about fun—it’s also a fundraiser! We’re aiming to raise $20,000 to support Brooks Elementary with more field trips, better classroom resources, and enrichment programs that benefit all of our students.

How to Fundraise

Option 1: Online via 99Pledges

• Find your child’s page (scan the QR code on flyer).
• Share it with family & friends via text, email, or social media.
• Accepts flat or per-lap donations.
• Easy, secure, and paperless!

Option 2: Paper Forms

• Record pledges by hand.
• Collect cash/checks.
• Turn in forms & donations before the run.

Who Can Come?

Families, friends, and fans—YES please!
We need YOU to cheer, wave signs, take photos, and bring the fun vibes.
⚠️ However, only Brooks students may participate in the run.

Color Run Schedule

• Third Grade: 1:30 – 2:10 PM
• Fourth & Fifth Grade: 2:20 – 3:00 PM

What Should My Child Wear?

• White clothing (the more white, the brighter the colors show up).
• Closed-toe shoes.
• Big smiles and energy for the Big Color Fun Run!

Awesome Prizes to Earn!

• Top Class per Grade 🏆 = Pizza Party Power! (Class celebration)
• Top Student in Each Grade 🍦 = Ice Cream with the Principal
• Individual Fundraising Prizes
  • Raise $30 → Color Day Pack + T-shirt
  • Raise $60 → Color Day Pack, Headband, Sunglasses + $30 Prizes!
  • Raise $90 → Color Day Pack, Beach Ball + All $30 & $60 Prizes
  • Raise $150 → Color Blast Bottle, Headphones, Water Bottle + All $30–$90 Prizes
  • Raise $300 → Duffel Bag, Portable Charger, Bluetooth Speaker + All $30–$150 Prizes
  • Raise $500 → Backpack, Larger Color Blast Bottle, Two Movie Tickets + All $30–$250 Prizes

Fundraising Prize Deadline

• All donations must be received by October 1st to count toward prize eligibility.
• No exceptions!

When Do Prizes Arrive?

• Prizes will be delivered before winter break.
• Class Pizza & Ice Cream winners will be scheduled within two weeks after the run.
