Science Camp is almost here—cue the pine trees, microscopes, and cabin stories! 🚌🔬🌟 Here’s the quick version:
Costs

• Students: $400
• Chaperones: $250 (check the “I want to chaperone” box on the Google form attached below)

👉 What to do now

• Fill out the Science Camp Google Form and pay the $50 deposit by Sept 30, 2025.

🗓 Save these dates

• Sept 30, 2025: $50 deposit due
• Sept 30, 2025: Initial commitment due (for scholarship consideration & attendance)
• October 10th, 2025: $117.00 Installment payment Due
• November 10th, 2025: $117.00 Installment payment Due
• December 10th, 2025: $117.00 Installment payment Due
• Jan 9, 2026: Final payments due

Scholarships: Need a hand with costs? Mark it on the Sept 30 commitment forms so we can help.
Supports: If your child has a 1:1 aide or other support needs, note it on the Google Form so we can plan for a great experience for everyone.
To keep us on track, please knock out the form + $50 deposit by Sept 30th. We can’t wait to head to camp with our amazing 5th graders! 🌲

Please make checks/money orders payable to Brooks Elementary School and either send with your child or drop off in the school office. You can also bring cash to the office.
