You'll get your chance to join them at their Summer Orientation. Please make sure students wear decent walking shoes! 👟

Tuesday 5/27: 🌟 5th Grade Talent Show!!!! 🌟 Get ready to be amazed from 8:30-9:10 AM. I know this date has shifted a few times, and I sincerely apologize for that! 🙏 Only families of the performing students are allowed to attend this special event. 🎤🎶

Thursday 5/29: 🍔🍟 BBQ Lunch from 12:35-1:15 PM! Students will get a hot dog, chips, fruit, and a drink. If these aren't their favorites, I'd suggest packing a separate lunch as our normal options won't be served. 🍎🥤

ALSO Thursday 5/29: 🏡🎉 Open House Night! Food trucks will be rolling in at 5 PM 🚚🌮 and classrooms open at 6 PM. This is a fantastic whole-family event where students can proudly show off all their hard work! 🖼️✨

Monday 6/2: 🎢🛼 5th Grade Cal Skate Trip! We'll be gone from 8:45 AM - 12:30 PM.

• Students can bring money for the snack bar and arcade 💰 arcade in a wallet/bag WITH THEIR NAME ON IT (we're not responsible for lost money!).
• If students want roller blades, they must pay $4 at the rink. Roller skates are included! ⛸️
• Don't forget to bring a water bottle! 💧

Thursday 6/5: 🎓🥂 5th Grade Bridging Ceremony from 9-10:15 AM.

• Students are invited to dress up—nicer than usual! 👗👔
• There will typically be coffee and doughnuts available 🍩☕ (just a snack, not breakfast).
• If you'd like to take your student home after the ceremony, simply sign them out in the Office before leaving campus. 📝

Friday 6/6: 👕🥳 T-Shirts for the last day of school! The 5th grade t-shirts will be given out before Friday so everyone can wear them on the very last day! Don't forget that dismissal is at 1:15 PM that day. ☀️
